We are a boutique home care agency specializing in Alzheimer's and Dementia care. Our mission is to provide exceptional companionship and support to seniors in need.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and personable companion to join our team. As a Companion and Concierge for Seniors, you will provide companionship and support to retired executive clients who require assistance with activities of daily living and lifestyle.

Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship to older adults and individuals with chronic conditions, engaging in discussions, outings, and activities.
  • Assist with non-physical tasks such as meal preparation, grocery shopping, and light housework.
  • Support clients with dementia, communicating effectively, providing mental stimulation, and safety supervision as needed.
  • Assist with tasks on computer and smartphone, and provide safety supervision and standby assistance with ambulation or certain other tasks.
  • Medication reminders and adherence to care plans.
Requirements
  • Highly organized and personable individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to provide exceptional care and support to seniors with dementia.
