Your Role

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, project coordination, and team collaboration. You'll leverage your industry expertise and technical acumen to drive client projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and project coordination, ensuring seamless communication and documentation
  • Lead a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex design challenges
  • Maintain project manuals and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Conduct site visits, process submittals, and RFIs during construction, ensuring project success
Your Qualifications

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Architect with a strong background in lifestyle projects. You'll need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • 7+ years of experience in a commercial design firm, with a focus on lifestyle projects (retail, hospitality, mixed-use, residential, entertainment, sports)
  • Licensed or registered architect (OAA)
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, 3dMax, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
  • Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures
  • LEED or WELL accreditation a plus
