About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Architect to lead our team in delivering exceptional lifestyle projects. As a Senior Architect, you'll leverage your expertise to drive client projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client, team, and project coordination, ensuring seamless documentation and communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex design challenges.
  • Maintain project manuals and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct site visits, process submittals, and RFI's during construction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial design, with a focus on lifestyle projects (retail, hospitality, mixed-use, residential, entertainment, sports).
  • Licensed or registered architect (OAA).
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, 3dMax, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of building codes, standards, construction, and structures.
  • LEED or WELL accreditation preferred.
