Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Quincy Healthcare and Homecare Services Incorporated. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.
Key Responsibilities- Policy Development: Develop and implement policies to drive business growth and development.
- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise professional and support staff, as well as students, to ensure effective team management and performance.
- Program Administration: Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment, focusing on rural and urban areas.
- Advice and Guidance: Provide expert advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals.
- Market Research: Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Reporting and Research: Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, and articles to support business development initiatives.
- Marketing Studies: Conduct analytical marketing studies to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Social and Economic Surveys: Conduct social or economic surveys to assess development potential and future trends in local, regional, or international areas.
- Market Research Questionnaires: Design and implement market research questionnaires to gather valuable insights.
- Marketing Materials: Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to effectively promote business growth.
- Research Projects: Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects to inform business strategies.
- Digital Marketing: Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions to expand business reach.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and development.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliable, and a team player.
This is a permanent position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The work language is English.
