Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Solutions Architect to lead the implementation of Unified Clinical Communications (UCC) technologies for a significant healthcare initiative.

Project Context

This role is critical as we undertake major construction projects aimed at enhancing clinical service delivery within healthcare facilities. The expansion of these facilities will create larger environments for clinical operations, which necessitates improved communication strategies among clinical staff.

Role Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Solutions Architect will:

  • Assume the lead role for UCC projects, serving as the primary contact for all technical inquiries.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, which includes:
    • Technical Design: Develop both high-level and low-level designs tailored to project needs.
    • Technology Deployment: Ensure optimal deployment and performance of all technical components.
    • Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing, including functional and non-functional assessments.
    • Change Management: Manage IT change processes, ensuring timely documentation and approvals.
Collaboration and Coordination

Engage with various stakeholders, including:

  • Non-technical resources involved in the project.
  • Technical support teams responsible for the operational integrity of UCC systems.
  • Commercial product suppliers and partners.
Operational Support

Establish and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with operational support teams to ensure:

  • Ongoing technical and end-user support.
  • Maintenance of technical infrastructure in compliance with established standards.
  • Readiness of wireless networks to support UCC technologies.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure projects, particularly in wireless networking and voice communication systems.
  • Experience in deploying complex IT solutions within healthcare environments.

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to various projects to maximize utilization.
