About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technology Solutions Architect to join our team at Coast Capital Savings. As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our technology strategy and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive technology strategies that align with business objectives and drive business growth.
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex technology solutions that meet business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality in technology solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to technical teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends and provide recommendations for future-proofing our technology infrastructure.
Requirements
  • 7-9 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in a financial services or banking industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of software architecture, application development, and technical processes.
  • Considerable in-depth knowledge of information architecture principles, patterns, and modeling techniques.
  • Experience in designing data models using data architecture patterns, views, and tools.
  • Experience evaluating existing data systems for fitness and developing long-term solutions that rely heavily on defining new data models.
  • Knowledge of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
  • Knowledge of various project delivery methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, SAFe.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams and stakeholders.
