About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Store Supervisor to join our team. As a 3rd Keyholder, you will be responsible for supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Open and close the store in the absence of other management, ensuring the store trades safely and legally.
  • Deliver sales through friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Assist customers with their queries using your product knowledge, demonstrating Claire's products, and processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
  • Ensure the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising and store appearance.
  • Assist with ear piercing, receiving full training.

Requirements

  • Some high school education required.
  • Minimum 1 year retail experience.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Understanding of the importance of customer service.
  • Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills.
  • Ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  • Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders, and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers.
  • Ability to operate POS system.
