The Ottawa Humane Society is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our community, providing exceptional service and support to those in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to our community, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our community, building trust and confidence in our organization.
- Stay up-to-date on our services and programs, providing accurate information to our community.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly wage range of $20.32 - $24.72.
- A permanent full-time position with 75 hours biweekly.
- A permanent part-time position with 36 hours biweekly.
