Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Co-op to join our team. As an Accounting Co-op, you will be responsible for accurately reconciling customer payments and/or supplier accounts, researching and following up on discrepancies, analyzing sales data for completeness, and monitoring and tracking invoice compliance and accruals.

Responsibilities
  • Customer communication and relationship management
  • Reconciliation and research of customer payments and/or supplier accounts
  • Analysis of sales data for completeness and reporting on account anomalies
  • Monitoring and tracking of invoice compliance and accruals
  • Recommendation of process improvement suggestions for reconciliation and research practices
Requirements
  • Enrolled in a business program with an accounting focus
  • Proven intermediate Excel skills
  • Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn and operate new software
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and research skills for reconciliations
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
What We Offer
