Restaurant Manager Job Description

Alberta Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost and maintain profits.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customer complaints are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Certifications: Food and beverage server trade certification and Food Safety Certificate.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Windows, MS Word, and point of sale systems.

  • Competitive Salary: $500,001 - $1,500,000 per year.
  • Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan, and 40 hours of work per week.
  • Work Environment: Rural area, remote location, and willing to relocate.
