Your Role
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Partner, you will collaborate with leadership to generate value, contribute to the strategic direction of the company, and enhance performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist business unit leaders in formulating business strategies and achieving objectives.
- Influence strategic choices through accurate budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Support informed decision-making by utilizing real-time data and providing accessible business insights for analysis.
- Facilitate decision-makers, drive business model innovation, and spearhead retail expansion.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Proficient in data analysis.
- Exceptional communication and synthesis abilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Valid work authorization.
