**About the Role**

Millenilink's client is seeking a highly skilled Identity Management Strategist to lead their enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy. As a Bilingual IAM Lead, you will be responsible for conducting client workshops, gathering requirements, and developing deliverables for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) in French.

This is a strategic role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in leading large-scale IAM implementations. The successful candidate will work closely with the client's Customer IAM specialists to create a comprehensive IAM strategy that meets their business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and develop a comprehensive IAM strategy
  • Lead the development of deliverables for CIAM, including business requirements, technical specifications, and implementation plans
  • Collaborate with the client's Customer IAM specialists to ensure alignment with their business objectives
  • Establish a clearly defined governance structure to ensure decision-making and accountability
  • Develop an operating model that targets GIA members and customers, defining processes and establishing a RACI matrix
  • Establish a maturity benchmark and develop a roadmap for IAM practices, regulations, and identified gaps in risk assessment
  • Collaborate in the design of business architecture to ensure alignment with the IAM strategy

**Requirements**

  • Fluently bilingual in French and English
  • Experience leading large enterprise organizations with IAM implementation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
