Key Responsibilities:- Provide academic leadership to the Health Sciences department, promoting excellence in teaching and learning.
- Support faculty and staff in their professional development and scholarly activity.
- Lead the development of new programs and courses, and oversee the implementation of existing ones.
- Manage the department's budget and resources, ensuring effective use of College funds.
- Represent the College at external events and partnerships, promoting the College's reputation and interests.
- Master's degree in a related field (PhD preferred).
- Five years' experience in a post-secondary environment, preferably with experience in teaching and academic leadership.
