About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our Water and Wastewater projects in Alberta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the design and construction of large-scale Water and Wastewater infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project management mandates of varying size and scope, involving multiple stakeholders in the Water and Wastewater industry.
  • Manage the design and construction of large Water and Wastewater projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Closing new business, winning key pursuits, and mentoring new employees to grow our Water and Wastewater service business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading project management mandates in the Water and Wastewater industry.
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale Water and Wastewater projects, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and project delivery.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline, with relevant certifications (e.g., Eng., PMP).
