Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Center Associate Relationship Banker to join our team at Webster Bank. As a key member of our banking center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluate customer needs and offer financial products and services to meet those needs
  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
  • Meet or exceed sales and service goals, as well as branch audit and operations evaluation requirements
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as bank policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 6 months to 2 years of cash handling and customer service experience; needs-based sales experience and banking experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and extended hours
  • Self-starter and highly motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
