Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software systems. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems and provide technical support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain our company's infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software systems.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to our employees, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate small operational projects, including infrastructure upgrades and software deployments.
  • Risk Assessment: Assess risk during projects and on a daily basis, identifying and executing risk mitigation plans.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our IT team and other stakeholders to ensure the overall solution includes requirements based on business needs and technology standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in technologies such as Microsoft365, Cloud, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Certificate management.
  • Skills: Experience with virtualized technologies such as VMWare Vcentre, ESXi, etc. and infrastructure automation (PowerShell scripting).
  • Certifications: Microsoft MTA/MCSA/MCSE, VMware VCP / VCAP, ITIL Foundation.

Compensation

The hourly compensation for this role starts at $22/h and will increase based on factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, and the recommended rates as set by the respective educational institution.
