Position Overview:
As an IT Systems Administrator at Tangam Systems, you will play a crucial role in establishing and upholding the highest standards and practices within the organization, contributing significantly to the advancement of Tangam's premier casino optimization software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain IT, security, and risk management protocols in alignment with industry standards (NIST 800-53, SOC2, ISO).
- Identify and procure essential hardware and software solutions.
- Configure company hardware and software securely and consistently.
- Expand and maintain the corporate network with a focus on security and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with comprehensive company-wide IT policies.
- Oversee hardware, software, and cloud-based vendor services.
- Manage backups and uphold a regular backup schedule for core company assets.
- Occasionally work outside of standard business hours to update, deploy, fix, or troubleshoot corporate infrastructure.

Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Approximately 5+ years of professional experience in IT/System Administration.
- Strong networking skills, including DHCP, DNS, Routing, Firewall, and VLANs.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining Windows Servers and Linux environments.
- Experience with License Management and Virtual Environments.
- Familiarity with database management (e.g., MS SQL).
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in implementing IT Service Management processes.
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (NIST 800-53, SOC2, ISO).

Additional Skills:
- Experience in Cyber Security and data backup policies.
- Familiarity with enterprise software tools.
- Relevant Microsoft Certifications.
