Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A's Food Express Incorporated. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation and service staff.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism in a customer-facing role.
A's Food Express Incorporated is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and efficiency.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
Work ScheduleThe work schedule is 32 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment arrangement.
