- Donor Engagement: Actively manage a portfolio of prospects and donors to qualify, cultivate, and solicit gifts, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships, personally conducting discovery meetings, cultivation visits, solicitation calls, and stewardship activities.
- Partnership Development: Support the CEO and Director of Development in developing strategic engagement plans for donors and partners, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships, personally conducting discovery meetings, cultivation visits, solicitation calls, and stewardship activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work in collaboration with the CEO, Director of Development, and other team members to develop and implement fundraising strategies, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships, personally conducting discovery meetings, cultivation visits, solicitation calls, and stewardship activities.
