Job Title: Finance and Administration Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Administration Director to join our team at LC Residence Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Finance and Administration Director will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, and human resources management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including finance, human resources, and facilities management.
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, including staff supervision and performance management.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established policies and procedures.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, including recruitment and selection processes.
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in finance and administration, including budgeting, financial reporting, and human resources management.
  • Proven track record of success in managing administrative services, including finance, human resources, and facilities management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze financial data and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
