We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Administration Director to join our team at LC Residence Corporation.
Job Summary:The Finance and Administration Director will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the organization, ensuring the effective management of resources and the provision of high-quality administrative services.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate administrative services, including finance, human resources, and facilities management.
- Evaluate the operations of administrative departments and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the operations of administrative departments, including budgeting, planning, and control.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial reports.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services.
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
The Finance and Administration Director will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large caseload.
