Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Shree Khodiyar Ontario Inc. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute menus, ensuring they meet our quality and presentation standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, as well as manage budgets and cost estimates.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
