The Opportunity

Casual LPNs Sought

Shepherd's Care Foundation is seeking qualified Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team as casual members of the multidisciplinary team. As a LPN, you will provide leadership in the safe delivery of resident care, medication administration, and other nursing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Health Care Aides and other non-regulated health care staff to ensure quality care and support is provided to residents and families.
  • Work collaboratively with the Program Manager and other team members to achieve established standards of practice.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the safe delivery of resident care.

Requirements

  • Member in good standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA).
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills and experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment.
