About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatchers Supervisor to join our team at Elafon Mechanical Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of our dispatchers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient logistics management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion and optimal resource allocation.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, analyzing key performance indicators and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and resource allocation.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and supply chain management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or logistics.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a logistics or operations environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as experience with logistics management software.
