Job Title: Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our exceptional team as a full-time Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist. This is a Hybrid/Remote position with a schedule from Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide respectful, accurate, and timely responses to incoming inquiries.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve telephone/email inquiries utilizing various systems and tools.
  • Actively engage in continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple computer systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make timely decisions through investigation.
  • Minimum high school education.
  • Solid computer and multitasking skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments.
