About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Milano Global Hospitality Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Development and Execution

Develop and implement recipes for a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts, ensuring consistency and quality.

Staff Supervision and Training

Supervise and train a team of bakers and pastry chefs to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to produce high-quality products.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels to ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are on hand, minimizing waste and excess.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.

Production Scheduling

Develop and implement production schedules to ensure that all products are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen

Skills

Excellent baking and pastry skills, with a focus on quality and consistency

Personal Qualities

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. Public transportation is available.
