The Site Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our West Edson facility. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional office environment, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide knowledgeable and courteous customer service to all clients and co-workers
  • Maintain a professional office appearance and ensure adequate inventory supplies
  • Assist with template/document generation and other administrative tasks as required
  • Support the Lead Administrator with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll administration
  • Conduct general office administration, including filing, scanning, and handling incoming/outgoing mail
  • Assist with meeting facility month-end timelines and sign-off
  • Support safety tracking and other administrative functions as required

Requirements:

  • Administration or Accounting Certificate/Diploma would be considered an asset
  • Minimum 1-year experience in an administrative role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Adobe, and Access
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent teamwork and team building skills
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
