Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of electricians and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure project success.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage project documentation, timesheets, and other administrative tasks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Journeyman Electrician Certificate (or equivalent) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in project management software.
  • Certifications and Licenses: CSTS, Class 5 Driver's License, and Leadership for Safety Excellence (or equivalent).
