About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at 2166469 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Coordinate Work Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules to meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Work Setting: Office building, cleaning service company, hotel, motel, resort, or school/educational institution.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and physically demanding.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, excellent oral and written communication, reliability, and ability to work in a team environment.
What We Offer
