Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Functional Test Automation Architecture Lead to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation frameworks for desktop, web, and control software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automation frameworks using industry-standard tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and pytest.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for various software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation frameworks.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in test automation.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in test automation architecture and implementation.
  • Proven experience as a Test Architect, Test Lead, or similar role in software development projects.
  • Solid experience with cloud-based architecture (GCP, AWS, Microsoft Azure).
  • Solid experience with Source Code Management systems such as GitHub or SVN.
  • Strong experience with high-level languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, etc).
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using industry-standard tools.
  • In-depth understanding of different types of testing (functional, regression, performance, etc.) and their respective techniques and tools.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (GitHub Actions).
  • Experience with generating test reports from pytest framework (e.g. Allure Reports).
  • Knowledge and experience in networking and communications, such as TCP and CAN.
  • Knowledge and experience with PLC technologies, such as Beckhoff and Siemens.
