We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to support the day-to-day accounting and monitoring of our Private Credit Investments portfolios.

As a key member of our Credit Investment Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our investment operations functions, including trade tickets, accounting entries, and supporting documentation.

You will work closely with our Investment Departments, Structuring, Tax, and Treasury teams to successfully structure, close, and fund transactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Support day-to-day management of investment operations functions
* Partner with colleagues to identify and resolve operational issues
* Assist in the timely completion and accuracy of various reports and reconciliations
* Provide insightful analysis of operational or business issues
* Maintain effective working relationships with internal investment staff and external asset managers

Requirements
------------

* Undergraduate or Master's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related discipline
* Professional designations such as CBV, CFA, CPA considered an asset
* Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience
* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
* Solid understanding of debt instruments and investment accounting
* Advanced Excel skills and ability to learn new systems
* Team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
