Job Summary

Welltower is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Investment Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing investment opportunities, conducting market research, and providing financial analysis to support investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the evaluation of potential acquisition and development opportunities for senior housing and age-restricted multifamily assets.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and due diligence processes to support investment decisions.
  • Prepare and present investment committee submissions to senior management.
  • Perform financial analysis and forecasting to support investment decisions.
  • Conduct market analysis, site selection, demographic, and utilization analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Prepare and analyze investment data to form strategic plans at the property and portfolio levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in commercial real estate or healthcare investing.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in real estate modeling, including valuations, returns, and waterfall distributions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
