Job Title: Roofing Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our team at Atlas-Apex Roofing (Nova Scotia) Inc. as a key member of our roofing operations team.

Job Summary:

The Roofing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our roofing crew, ensuring projects are completed on time, and maintaining high-quality workmanship. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our roofing crew, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the installation of roofing materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in roofing or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
