Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our logistics operations at ANDREW HARRIS. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our warehouse processes.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role
Work Environment

The position is based in a wholesaler setting, where you will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on warehouse activities.
  • Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on their roles and company policies.
  • Organize training programs to develop employee skills.
  • Perform performance evaluations to assess team member contributions.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review tasks among team members.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain operations.
  • Manage and organize inventory effectively.
  • Establish work schedules and operational procedures.
  • Plan and oversee the logistical operations of the organization.
Physical Requirements

Ability to handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
