- Education and Training: Train other dental laboratory assistants, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Quality Control: Maintain and order supplies, ensuring our dental laboratory meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Communication: Educate patients concerning oral hygiene, providing personalized guidance and support to promote healthy teeth and gums.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a dental laboratory or related field.
- Technical Expertise: Plastering, packing, waxing-up, polishing, and assembly.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Equipment, Systems, and Controls Experience: Medical and biomedical equipment and systems.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
