Job Title: Senior Change Management Consultant

Contract Duration: 3+ Months

Pay range: C$650 to 700/day

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Type: Hybrid, 3 days onsite

Job Description:

Are you a seasoned change management professional looking to drive organizational transformation? We are seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, plans, and frameworks.
  • Identify, analyze, and engage key stakeholders to ensure successful change adoption.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, create effective communication plans, and manage resistance.
  • Define and measure key performance indicators to track change progress and success.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and teams to support their transition through change.
Required Skills:
  • Change Management Expertise: Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective messaging and presentations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address change challenges.
  • Coaching Skills: Experience coaching and mentoring individuals and teams to support their development.
Desirable Skills:
  • Product Management Knowledge: Understanding of product management concepts and processes.
  • Transformational Change Experience: Experience leading large-scale organizational transformations.
  • Training Development: Proficiency in developing and delivering training materials.
