About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ECE Assistant to join our team at Victory Children's Centre INC. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training
    • Assist in the implementation of educational programs for children aged 0-12 years
    • Support the development and maintenance of a safe and healthy learning environment
  • Child Development and Support
    • Assist in the observation and documentation of children's progress and development
    • Support the implementation of individualized plans for children with special needs
  • Centre Operations
    • Assist in the daily management of the childcare centre, including administrative tasks and record-keeping
    • Support the maintenance of a clean and organized environment
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Language and Work Environment
    • Fluency in English
    • Permanent full-time position
    • 32 hours per week
