About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ECE Assistant to join our team at Creative Path Daycare Services Ltd. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare program and contributing to the development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Development and Education
    • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
    • Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.
  • Assistance and Support
    • Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records.
    • Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Supervision and Coordination
    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of other early childhood educators and early childhood educator assistants.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with the early childhood education team to achieve program goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College/CEGEP diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a childcare setting.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Flexibility and reliability.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Environment
