About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ECE Assistant to join our team at Toddler Kingdom Childcare Ltd. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare center and ensuring the well-being and development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Development and Learning
    • Assess the developmental needs of children and create personalized learning plans to support their growth and development.
    • Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Program Implementation and Maintenance
    • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including the upkeep of daycare equipment.
    • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and shared understanding of children's needs.
  • Team Collaboration and Support
    • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing programs that promote children's development.
    • Support educators in maintaining accurate records and submitting written observations on children.
  • Supervision and Leadership
    • Work under the supervision of experienced early childhood educators or supervisors.
    • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Language and Communication
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment and Conditions
    • 35 hours per week.
