As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our café, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Service Delivery: Ensure that our customers receive excellent service, including providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and addressing any customer complaints or concerns.
- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage cash reports and related forms.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility, including training and development.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including negotiating arrangements with suppliers and clients.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
