Uniway Computer Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail establishment president to lead our retail operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's overall strategic direction and long-term goals.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive retail and wholesale business objectives and market share growth.
  • Oversee the operations of multiple retail stores and distribution warehouses, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
  • Manage financial resources and budget, analyzing financial reports and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Authorize key departments and select middle management teams, ensuring a leadership structure that supports growth.
  • Direct marketing and brand management efforts, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and maintaining safety protocols.
  • Represent the company in negotiations with key stakeholders and develop strategic relationships with major business partners.
  • Lead technology innovation projects, overseeing e-commerce platform development and ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Requirements




  • 5 years or more of experience in retail operations management.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including database management and inventory control software.
  • Area of specialization in operations management, sales, brand management, digital media, and e-commerce.
