Job Overview

Uniway Computer Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Retail Establishment President to lead our retail operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our overall strategic direction and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's overall strategic direction and long-term goals, ensuring the achievement of retail and wholesale business objectives and market share growth.
  2. Operations Management: Oversee the operations of over 20 retail stores and 3 distribution warehouses, ensuring efficiency and consistency; optimize supply chain management to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Financial Management: Manage the company's financial resources and budget, analyze financial reports, monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions.
  4. Leadership Development: Authorize the establishment of key departments, select and appoint middle management teams, and ensure the company has a leadership structure and working environment that supports growth.
  5. Marketing and Brand Management: Direct the company's marketing and brand management efforts, ensuring that the multi-channel sales strategy aligns with market trends and customer needs.
  6. Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies, ensure compliance with legal regulations, and maintain safety protocols.
  7. Business Development: Represent the company in negotiations with key stakeholders, and develop and maintain strategic relationships with major business partners and the community.
  8. Technology Innovation: Lead technology innovation projects, oversee the development and maintenance of e-commerce platforms, and ensure a seamless and secure customer experience.
Requirements

Experience and Skills: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency. Strong knowledge of database management, inventory control software, and MS Office applications.

Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Secret clearance and criminal record check required.

Working Conditions

Work Environment: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.

Physical Demands: Ability to work in a physical location, with occasional travel required.
