About the Role

Uniway Computer Ltd is seeking an experienced Retail Establishment President to lead our retail operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of our retail business, ensuring alignment with our company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of senior staff, including department heads and middle managers, to achieve business objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail establishments, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Customer Focus: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional customer service and experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
