About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Retail Establishment President to lead our retail operations team at Uniway Computer Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share
    • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the management of retail stores, including inventory control, supply chain management, and employee development
    • Implement processes and systems to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Customer Experience
    • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Lead teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences through excellent service and product knowledge
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Skills
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
