- Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
- Sales and Marketing
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and business opportunities.
- Customer Service and Relationship Building
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Operational Management
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 5 years or more of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Accurate and efficient in all aspects of work.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work with minimal supervision.
