Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and develop business growth strategies.
- Sales Leadership: Lead a team of sales professionals in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients.
- Policy Development: Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of 1-2 sales professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
The successful candidate will work in a business services environment, specifically in a consulting firm. The work setting will be in a private sector company, and the tasks will involve arranging training for staff, providing customer service, and leading sales teams.
