Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Worker to join our team at Pinnacle Acres. As a Greenhouse Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our hydroponic horticultural products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the greenhouse environment, including crops and equipment
  • Perform hand harvesting of vegetables and other crops
  • Assist with planting, transplanting, and securing plants
  • Contribute to a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and physically demanding work
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a hot environment with standing for extended periods
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Basic knowledge of hydroponic horticulture and crop care
Work Environment

Our greenhouse is located in a rural area, and work must be completed on-site. We do not offer remote work options.
