Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Financial Planning Manager to develop and implement financial plans for our clients, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Financial Plans: Create comprehensive financial plans for clients, taking into account their financial goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon.
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Agents: Work closely with insurance agents to understand client needs, develop financial plans, and implement solutions.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with industry trends, products, and services to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial planning, sales, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business, or economics.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- License: IFIC and LLQP licenses required.
