About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to lead our iGaming strategy and business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Business Strategy: Lead the development and execution of our iGaming business strategy, including market analysis, competitor research, and trend identification.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement plans to drive business growth, increase revenue, and improve profitability.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, analytics, and product teams, as well as external partners and vendors.
  • Manage Budgets and Resources: Manage significant budgets for operating, capital, and direct costs, and make financial decisions to drive business growth.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the team, championing our company's vision, mission, and values.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Degree in business, information technology, or related discipline, with 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Technical Requirements: Significant leadership experience, experience working in a highly regulated environment, and a solid understanding of ecommerce operations.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong people development skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
