Infrastructure Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Lead to oversee and manage critical infrastructure projects across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies, technical expertise in infrastructure systems, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor complex infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk assessment, and contingency planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates and addressing concerns effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Document project progress, deliverables, and lessons learned for future reference.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, including networking, servers, storage, and cloud computing.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
